Twenty five years experience in the maintenance field specializing maintenance and Reliability. Lawrence is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional and holds a masters degree in business.   He works for Syncrude Canada LTD and has worked there since 1983, of which, 24 years were in the field of Maintenance and reliability.
 Currently he is a senior maintenance advisor responsible for implementing specific elements of Syncrude’s reliability program.  Two of Lawrence’s primary focuses are Work Management and Failure Investigation. While implementing these processes the issue of accountability often rears its ugly head.
