Kevin Pait.

Kevin Pait is the Director of Plant Engineering and Maintenance at Talecris Biotherapeutics.  His discussion will focus on Talecris’ Condition Assessment program for plant equipment and the major assessment areas of the program.  Those areas include PM’s, spare parts, equipment obsolescence, and key performance indicators.  Additionally, he will discuss the process flowchart used to direct work groups in the analysis of P&ID’s, Original Equipment Manufacturer’s recommendations, maintenance work order history, and equipment criticality.
