Pat Breen is European Reliability Manager with Norbord Europe.
Norbord Inc. is an international producer of wood-based panels with assets of $1.5 billion. They have 15 plant locations in the United States, Europe and Canada. They are one of the world’s largest producers of oriented strand board (OSB).
Pat has worked as Maintenance Manager & Business Unit Manager in operations for Norbord Europe prior to his current role.
Pat’s professional experience spans 20 years in maintenance including positions of Maintenance Planner & Reliability Engineer for a high volume wood products company and Maintenance Management in the Irish Naval Service.
Pat’s professional education commenced with an apprenticeship with the Irish Naval Service and has completed a variety of technical & professional qualifications including participation on the MSc program in Asset Management at Manchester University, UK.
