Tor Idhammar is a Partner and Vice President with IDCON, Inc. He has worked in over 50 plants in nine countries in several industries. His responsibilities at IDCON, INC. primarily include project management, training and implementation support in the areas of preventive maintenance/essential care and condition monitoring, planning and scheduling of maintenance work remove the coma after work and root cause problem elimination. Tor also writes a column in the Reliable Plant magazine and works with our Benchmarking tours, conferences and product development.

Prior to working with IDCON, INC., Tor’s professional experience includes project management of MA-systems and supply chain management systems and maintenance work in the Swedish army.

He possesses a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University, Sweden.
